Hello Critical Northwest Fam! Your Art Support & Grants Team here. We are SO EXCITED to see all the incredible art y’all are bringing to Critical NW this year!
The Grants Committee will review submissions during their session at 7 pm. If funding remains to be allocated, we will notify the community that applications are still being accepted and will schedule an additional review session in April. The application is located here.

We’d like to clear up some confusion.
We launched the grant application early this year and will review applications on a rolling monthly basis. This means we are looking at applications as they come in, but we have not selected recipients yet. The selection process will begin when we next meet on March 26.
We’ve heard some questions about why we launched the application early. The answer is, to help more artists! We adjusted our process to get funding into artists’ hands sooner and better support our creative community, especially artists who may not be financially prepared to get projects off the ground until funding is in hand. This means our community can likely expect to see even more amazing works this year!
If there are leftover funds, we will extend the application period and schedule an additional selection session in April. We have a lot of funding to distribute and can’t wait to help you get going on your projects!
